Letter regarding partial payment of fifty dollars, sent by his son, for partial payment of principal and interest on his bond. He requests a receipt and promised to send a considerable payment soon. Previous payments were delivered by Mr. Lewis and Mr. Wilson from the University of Pennsylvania where he is Principal.
