Letter from Francis Lockerman in Baltimore to Joseph Burchinal regarding Burchinal's new vest, which Lockerman has been checking the post for everyday. Lockerman also states that "the man" offered to make Burchinal a vest if his does not arrive soon. Lockerman also extends his regret that Burchinal did not get the position at the school in Odessa.
