Letter from Francis Lockerman in Baltimore to Joseph Burchinal, in which he mentions how he spent his St. Patrick's Day holiday, as well as traveling by boat and playing euchre onboard. Lockerman asks when Burchinal plans to go to Odessa, presumably to teach at a school there. Lockerman calls Baltimore the "last place in the world to live in" and says he is already sick of being there.
