Kay Starkey was a native of World War II era Chestertown.  Ms. Starkey is the daughter of a former Sheriff of Chestertown, who occupied that position during the war.  In this interview, Ms. Starkey describes what it was like to be a child living on the Eastern Shore during the Second World War.
