A Washington College diploma issuing a Bachelor's degree to "Edvardum Scott", dated July 1788. The diploma is written entirely in Latin and cursive; most of the text is typeset but the name, date, and degree are in a handwritten script. Attached to the bottom is a blue ribbon affixed with two College seals.
