S. Britago of Bocas del Toro, Panama, was a fellow Lone Scout, similar to the Boy Scouts but for boys in more rural locations. He writes that he will send some Panamanian and Costa Rican stamps and hope that Carlton will send some "Lone Scout Magazines".
