Talk given by the Senator from Minnesota, Eugene McCarthy (D). He has just ended his independent run for President. The primary theme of McCarthy's talk was citizenship especially as it relates to military service. Since it was an election year there is also talk of media bias in U.S. Politics, campaign finance reform, and political terms. Following McCarthy there is a question and answer session that is cut off in the recording.
