The commencement address given by John F. Kennedy, Jr. with an introduction by President Toll. Kennedy refused receiving an Honorary Degree, feeling he didn't deserve it, at the event but accepted a citation. He mentions the Washington/Kennedy connection, he continues by talking about George Washington, talks about Washington College and its liberal arts education, praises the students accomplishments, his organization Reaching Up,  This was one of the last public speeches he gave before his untimely death.
